'IIT Bombay Gen Zero Women Initiative’ - a first-of-its-kind event to be held at IIT Bombay with the launch of a coffee-table book, 'Her Story - IIT Bombay Gen Zero Women' and a podcast series.

The Chief Guests for this event are:

• Ms. Diana Edulji: Padma Shri awardee and the former Captain of the Indian Women’s Cricket Team
• Ms. Falguni Nayar: Founder and CEO, Nykaa

The ‘IIT Bombay Gen Zero Women Initiative’ will honour and celebrate some of these alumni and their many outstanding accomplishments. The event will be presided over by two esteemed women who have made a mark with their accomplishments in the fields of cricket and entrepreneurship- Padma Shri awardee and the first captain of the National Women’s ODI cricket team, Ms. Diana Edulji, and Founder and CEO, Nykaa, Ms. Falguni Nayar, respectively.

The Institute will also launch a coffee-table book and a podcast highlighting their stories during the felicitation ceremony on September 23. This project has been made possible due to the generous donation received from our alumnus Mr. D. C. Agrawal (Mechanical Engineering, 1969).
