As part of commemoration of the 75th Anniversary of India's Independence "BHARAT KA AMRUT MAHOTSAV", the Water Innovation Center: Technology Research & Education (WICTRE) at IIT Bombay is organizing one day symposium (webinar), on the occasion of World Water Day celebration on March 22, 2021.

Prof. K Narasimhan, Head of the Department, Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Sciences, IIT Bombay will deliver the opening remarks. The symposium features a panel of well-known national and international personalities/experts who will discuss developing indigenous technologies for water and wastewater treatment, sustainable materials for advanced water treatment (SMART)' in the 2020s etc.
