IIT Bombay had organised a Photography Competition on theme of 'Beat Plastic Pollution' on the the occasion of the celebration of World Environment Day on June 5, 2018 for its Faculty, Students, Staff and their dependents. Prof. Devang Khakhar, Director, IIT Bombay felicitated the winners and participants of this competition in a prize distribution ceremony organized at Jalvihar Guest House of IIT

A delegation comprising 20 journalists/ editors from Maldives visited IIT Bombay on May 30, 2022 as a part of the familiarization programme organized by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India for foreign media.
